Refunds and Cancellations
Below you will find our separate policies in case you come across any issues.
If unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us within 48hrs of when the package was received and attach a photo of both product and shipping box and a detailed description of the issue, and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. All claims submitted after the 48 hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for a credit or reship.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy from when the order is placed. To start a cancellation, contact us via email. If your cancellation is within the 24hr window you will receive a refund in full within 5-7 business days.
Large orders (5 dozen +) are not able to be canceled after the order has been placed.
Orders that already have a generated tracking number are also unable to be cancelled.
